Counter strike global offensive 2, a major upgrade of the game in its current version, is now available. Valve has brought the well-loved FPS to their more modern Source 2 engine.

Touchstone maps are receiving minor changes to the lighting and readability while upgraded maps get completely revamped with Source 2’s physically-based rendering.

Many gameplay improvements are on the horizon, including sub-tick updates that should make it less dependent on tick rates to calculate precise actions.

Gameplay
