The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a mid-range robot vacuum and mop. It's got a fantastic mopping capability, but it lacks certain of the more advanced features found in its more expensive counterpart.

During testing it was able to eliminate pet hair and dry oats out of medium-pile carpets. It doesn't use LIDAR however, like cheaper models do to map your home.

iRobot Roomba s9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It has a lot of features and impressive cleaning power, such as an area for dirt that is built into the charging base. It can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest schedules that are automatic for a truly hands-free experience.

Setup is easy, thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the process. Once the system is set up, you can start cleaning automatically with just one button click. You can opt for an overall clean that focuses on getting rid of larger pieces of debris such as cereal and rice or go for two thorough mappings of your home to ensure your entire home has a clean and tidy appearance.

This robot vacuum performs well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It can pick up pet hair and sucks big objects up. It doesn't lose its suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It does have a hard time with plush or high-pile carpet, but iRobot says it will improve in the future with new models.

The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that concentrates on improving edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted, D-shaped design, which it hopes will allow it to be able to swaddle furniture and walls. It's a significant improvement over hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are standard, but we found it to be just marginally better than circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also comes with a superior filtration system, which prevents microscopic particles and allergens recirculating throughout your home. It's a nice claim, but we're not convinced it's enough to justify the high price tag.

Its intelligent navigation system makes use of sensors to remember the arrangement of your home and vSLAM to map the interior of your home. This allows it to steer clear of obstacles, like stairs and other barriers, and to tidy up your entire house efficiently possible. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, as well as establish virtual boundary markers, so it can recognize areas that require more attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

In terms of the mopping device, I was awestruck by its ability to scrub off the tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping modes that it has, which are less aggressive than the high-powered ones, generate very little noise, which allows you to work or watch TV without interruption. It will gently hit a wall or furniture and move on if it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it runs almost entirely on its own, requiring only minimal user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac can be multi-functional and automatically transfers garbage into a bin hidden. It also cleans, dries and refills the clean water tank. The app is adept at notifying you when something requires attention, such as the clean water tank running low or a scheduled vacuuming session being cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.

You can also create and merge actual rooms to customize how the Q Revo treats your abode. This feature is helpful when you have different flooring in different areas of your house or if you need to regularly get rid of clutter like toys, clothes and books. The robot vacuum mop cleaner robot was also among the best performers in my test and was able to remove debris from both carpets as well as hardwood floors on the first go. It can also remove wet spills however I would recommend wiping them dry using a clean cloth before bringing the robot into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a top-quality robot vacuum and mop and more. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum with a powerful suction to clean carpet and hard floors, plus a rotating mop that scrubs tough staining. It also has an auto-cleaning station that automatically washes and empties the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for reuse. It also comes with a sensor that recognizes obstacles better, allowing it to avoid falling on furniture and other objects.

The most significant improvement to the ECOVACS the X1 Deebot is its sleeker, modern design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The robot vacuum with mapping is still big. It is more than two feet in the height and depth and weighs nearly four pounds. However, the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This version is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and cleans 1,500 square feet in a single charge. It also has a larger and more robust dust bin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.

The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that is functional even when you're not at home. It also comes with an intelligent routing feature that allows it to clean specific areas or rooms of your home instead of following a set path.

The X2 Omni is the most effective robot at mopping. Its mop pads that rotate scrub away tough stains, and its motor generates a lot of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is top-notch, and it boosts suction when it senses a carpet to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has a large battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as efficient as any we've seen in an ordinary robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot mop and vacuum is a top-quality model that has a range of features that aren't typically found on robots in this price range. It is able to build precise floor maps, recognize various flooring types and is among the few robots that automatically wash and dry its mop pads. But while these functions are useful however, they also push the L10s Ultra into the category of luxury, which might make it somewhat more expensive than some homeowners require.

Designed to look like a modern floor cleaner designed to look like a modern floor cleaner, Robot vacuum and Mop the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish enhanced by silver elements and mirror plating. The L10s Ultra is an efficient vacuum cleaner, which removes 98.4% debris from our test on hard floors, and taking out all but stubborn juice staining. Its mops are also quite efficient, taking away 98.4 percent of the debris that was found on our wood, tile and carpet tests. However, it wasn't quite as efficient in dealing with sand on the hard floor and Quaker oats on carpet.
