What is Vacuum Lidar?

Vacuum lidar is a sensor emits laser beams that detect objects in the room and measure their distance from the robot, thereby giving it precise mapping and navigation. It also makes it much easier for robots to navigate through obstacles.

Without SLAM vacuums often move in random patterns and struggle to work around furniture. With SLAM they can move in straight lines and hold onto the corners effortlessly.
